The MyNISSAN App is a comprehensive tool designed to enhance your vehicle ownership experience. It offers a range of features and functionalities that provide remote access, security, personalization, vehicle information, maintenance, and convenience options directly from your compatible iPhone or Apple Watch.

The application is available to all Nissan clients, although it has been optimized for vehicles manufactured from 2014 onwards. The full MyNISSAN experience is accessible to clients with an active NissanConnect® Services Premium package, which is available for select models from 2018 and onwards.* To see the complete list of available features for your specific vehicle, please visit owners.nissanusa.com.

With a compatible vehicle, you can enjoy the following benefits:

<li>Remote locking and unlocking of doors</li>
<li>Remote activation of horn and lights</li>

<li>Accessing helpful guides and manuals specific to your vehicle</li>
<li>Reviewing warranty information, tow coverage, and Roadside Assistance coverage</li>

<li>Accessing the NMAC Account Manager</li>
<li>Connecting directly with Nissan for assistance or inquiries</li>

*Please note that the NissanConnect Services telematics program has been affected by AT&T's decision to discontinue its 3G cellular network. As of February 22, 2022, Nissan vehicles equipped with 3G-compatible telematics hardware are unable to connect to the network and access NissanConnect Services features. Clients who purchased a Nissan vehicle with such hardware must have enrolled in NissanConnect Services before June 1, 2021, to activate the service and gain access until February 22, 2022.
